Academician Junfa Mao is one of the leading personnel and discipline leaders in the field of heterogeneous Heterostructure integration, and has carried out research on heterogeneous Heterostructure integration technology earlier in the world.

Keqing Ouyang, Deputy Director of National Key Laboratory of RF Heterogeneous Heterostructure Integration (ZTE Corporation), Deputy General Manager of ZTE Microelectronics, Director of IC Platform R&D Center. Mr. Ouyang received his master's degree in microelectronics from Tsinghua University. Mr. Ouyang has served in the semiconductor design industry for a long time and has rich experience in chip design methodology.
