Announcement of Open Recruitment for Process Platform Director in Key Laboratory of RF Heterogeneous Heterostructure Integration

I.Introduction of Laboratory

The Key Laboratory of RF Heterogeneous Heterostructure Integration (hereinafter referred to as the Laboratory) was approved by the relevant state ministries and commissions, and is led by Shenzhen University, with the participation of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and ZTE Corporation. The laboratory focuses on the key scientific and technological issues of RF heterogeneous heterostructure integration, carries out systematic and in-depth original and forward-looking basic research and core technology research, recognizes the basic principles, masters the theoretical methods and core technologies, forms RF heterogeneous heterostructure integration capabilities, platforms and standards, and develops a series of RF heterogeneous heterostructure integrated circuit systems for the major national needs. The laboratory research will promote the development of integrated circuits and the rapid progress of information system integration technology, realizing the change and leap from integrated circuits to integrated systems.

II.Position of Recruitment

III.Duty of Position

1. Be responsible for the technology route, process path, equipment selection, platform planning, construction and implementation of RF heterogeneous integration key laboratory process platform;

2. Organize advanced RF heterogeneous integration process and test team, and be responsible for the team's technical capabilities;

3. Coordinate the matching and coordination between process platform and chip design program during chip development;

1.Actively explore the latest development direction of global RF heterogeneous integration design, track the latest integrated system dynamics, and formulate the laboratory integration technology roadmap.

IV.Posting Requirements

1. Master's degree or above in semiconductor, microelectronics, electronic information, physics, materials science, with 10 or more years of experience in semiconductor integration process or micro-nano device and process development, and five or more years of experience in leading a team;

2. Extensive knowledge of IC/RF packaging from R&D to mass production, with experience in advanced packaging such as Chiplet, SiP, Fan-out, FCBGA, wafer level packaging, heterogeneous integration, etc.; familiarity with front-end micro and nanofabrication processes, and extensive experience in the use of relevant advanced instruments and equipment;

3. Have the ability to organize, plan, and run a complete semiconductor process platform, including: clean room construction, micro-nano and packaging equipment selection, platform development planning, platform team building and daily operation management;

4. Good communication, coordination skills and teamwork spirit, with a sense of self-driven.

5. Cooperate with other work of the Director of the Key Laboratory.

VI.Recruitment Process

1. The recruitment is based on a combination of individual application and expert recommendation, and internal and external experts and alumni are welcome to recommend. The application form and related materials should be submitted by e-mail.

2. The Laboratory organizes experts to review and invite candidates for interviews on the basis of their applications (the Laboratory is responsible for providing round-trip travel expenses from the place of residence to the university).

3. According to the interview, the Laboratory determines the candidates for appointment in accordance with relevant procedures and signs the appointment contract.
